NADAP interview questions

The interview process was nice and they were quick to follow up with you. Short assignments had to be completed before going on to the 2nd round and a total of 3 rounds.

The initial interview was by phone. The second interview was in person with HR. HR then scheduled you for a third interview on another day . The third interview was a meeting with the potential Supervisor and the Program Manager. This was followed with an interview with two other Care Coordinators. I found this to be UNPROFESSIONAL that two employees had a copy of your resume. This is the role of the HR department and the hiring staff. This was a long process and a waste of time.
