The interview is quite okay with non-difficult, normal questions. But there is a test after interview. It seems very important to prove yourself. But the test is not easy at all.
Fairly standard interview. Forty-five mins with two actuarial interviewers. Technical questions are just based on the experience in your resume. Before that, there is a pre-screening one way video interview with behavioral questions.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Munich Re in Nov 2023
Interview
Had a numerical online assessment and then invited to an online teams interview. The questions were difficult competency ones such as "what are the different types of people you would meet which working at munich re and how would you interact with them?", how are you supposed to answer that. Spent 50 minutes talking to them and wasn't even given the courtesy of a rejection email. Wrote them a follow up email requesting feedback and was aired again. Would not recommend at all.
