3 rounds of interviews:
1- Phone interview with recruiter about over performing in a sales role, times you've gone above the call of duty, and what you would bring to the team.
2- In person with multiple people. 1st - A peer that would be working with you and more of a personality trait. 2nd- who would potentially be your manager, role playing of sales conversations, questions about the company, and background in sales. 3rd- A senior level director - same as the second with slightly different questions
3- A dinner with senior level and potential manager- Behavioral interview and how you interact with them in a non work environment
