First round screen with the recruiter. Follow up was with the VP and it was my far the best conversation I have had in a while with any Product person. He was humble, made it more of a conversation as against to an interrogation. Next round was a Sr.Dr on his team who was sounded unprepared and dis-engaged. I could tell he had not even taken a glance at my CV. He made assumptions and asked Qs about the "Company" where I worked as against to my role in the company. The kicker is after the 2 conversations the recruiter came back and said I lacked the "depth"🙄 ..its not a like there is meter, tape measure to measure for depth 😂. And I can come in at a junior level if I wanted...I have to say, I would have taken the feedback in stride if things were done differently - if a broader, diverse panel (women included) gave this feedback after a few more conversations. Figured this was not the "inclusive" place as touted to be. I did not want to jump from one toxic culture to another, which does not accommodate growth (minority and all).
