It was very intense. A lot of research is needed in order to do well in each phase. Need to understand the following: how the software works, the culture of the company, the difference the software makes.

Long interview that took 2 months. Interviews cover personality, logical reasoning, and track record of success. There is also a cold call test and an email draft test. Overall a fun experience, but definitely felt that the process could have been quicker.
