I applied online. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Vancouver, BC)
Interview
First round with the HR Manager, a phone screen. Second Round with the actual boss you'd be working with. Easy going, interviewer was nice. Regular interview questions, didn't try to trick you. Tour of the office after. Quick turnaround time.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Motorola Solutions (Plantation, FL) in Mar 2025
Interview
Unprofessionally texted about an interview out of nowhere.
Interviewer asked fair questions for the role. C++, python questions.
Interviewer was outwardly rude about the worth of my current experiences and projects. Asked about a serious research project I am involved in, and after explaining its significance for the field they essentially laughed at it as if it were not serious at all. Very unprofessional.
