Interview
Phone and face interview. Technical is important. Prior experience will be good demonstration. You need to show case your knowledge and experience as much as possible as you need to be very hands-on. The company is competitive. The market competition is keen. Only those with strong background and confidence will fit. You might also need to present and answer impromptu questions well.
Two rounds of phone interviews, one day of onsite with several Managing Directors, peers, HR, etc. The onsite interviews took most of a day, including lunch with the team. After the onsite meetings, HR followed up within several days.

Several questions concerning management of client expectations. Questions were surprisingly light on any topics of risk management or methodology.

I had 4 rounds of interviews. One on telephone and 3 face to face. The first was with the Managing Director, the second was over the phone with HR and the other two face to face with people in London.
