The lack of organisation and poor communication of the HR department made me change my mind about wanting to work for the company. The recruitment process was unnecessarily lengthy and the company is under the illusion that they are the only place hiring on the planet. I applied via their website, just emailed my cv and cover letter and was emailed back just a few days later. You have a selection of time slots to choose from. I had a telephone interview that lasted around 30 mins.

Initial Skype interview which leads onto an online excel test, head office interview and final interview with company owner. Possibly a personality test, I can't quite remember. Very much a junior role. Should be advertised as "assistant". Salary is around 24k. This is a new role that they are advertising for, I believe to replace an intern. Interview is organised over email and is with an external company. You are given time slot choices. All questions are standard initial interview questions such as strengths and weaknesses. Would recommend this role for a graduate candidate or new starter.
