I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Modell's Sporting Goods (New York, NY) in Aug 2015
Interview
It was a group interview initially for 11 however, the managers came in 5-10 minutes later. First were interviewed by the assistant manager then the general manager. Both were very short not too intimidating. Be sure when you interview don't try to outshine other people, look straight at the managers eyes keep your composure and end with a smile. Also talk with poise and confidence.

Interview
Bad environment. It was okay but definitely not the best experience I’ve had in retail. Hours are way too long and management was okay but could’ve been better. Great experience but would never go back again
