Miniso interview questions

Applied for the position, later an email came asking all these questions, like why I would want this position, or why I applied for the company. I answered the questions and replied back to the email. After the email, a few days later, a phone call came to schedule me an in-person interview. They also asked the same questions from the email as well. I went for the in-person interview. They did not call me in after 30 min of the appointed time, I waited in the waiting room for a very long time. Which I felt really time consuming when I waited for the interview in the scheduled time and which makes me feel that they are not that organized. During the in-person interview at their HQ, it was a one-to-one interview. All they did was go over my resume and skills. No situation based interview questions, this made me feel like they have already chosen somebody for the position before I came into the interview. After their interview, they said that they are still screening for more candidates will contact back to me after a week (Which felt like it was a lie), but they never contacted me again. This felt like an informal interview progress and I felt like they were really disorganized in their recruitment progress.
