Miniso interview questions

I applied online on Indeed, contacted by someone inside the department (not HR). Phone screen went well and scheduled an in person at the HQ in Pasadena. They mostly talk about the position and what day to day looks like and talked about company background. Told me they really liked my experience and there's a lot of room to grow in the company since they're growing so fast. (Made it really seem like they were ready to hire me on the spot). I was told that they were still interviewing others and would contact me within two weeks. I sent a thank you email after the interview and a follow up email a week later. No answer so far. BTW they don't send rejection letters because "that's not something they would want to see themselves"
