I dropped resume into the store around two to three days later got a call from a regional manager for a interview, and training session to see the overall layout and operation of the store.

Quite a lengthy process. asked 5-6 questions with follow-ups and then asked me to look around the store and talk about one aspect that is good and another that could be improved

Question 1
- Tell us about yourself - How do you work in a team - Can you share an experience where you successfully resolved a challenging customer situation?
Phone interview about your experience, your current employment. After phone interview, you will do a work trial on the store where the hiring manager will assess how you interact with customers and how quickly you learn the job.
You start in a group setting and introduce yourself to the group, they give you a product and you're tasked with identifying its 3 main selling points, also you're individually interviewed at the end
