Applied online. Took 6 months for application to be reviewed and contacted. Two interviews, one with the HR manager, the other with the district manager. They later contacted me on an offer. They tried to make the offer sound really great due to opportunities to grow in the company, but the base line offer was still below average.

Basically, the interview method will be different depending on the location of the store. Interviews last 30 minutes. It's all about basic behavioral questions, and how to the execution of tasks

Interviewed with the DM and asked typical managerial and sales questions. Expected to cultivate a team, coach in or out, sales driven and results had in the past, visual merchandising outlook, and teamwork.
