Acerca de mi vida personal y deseo de volver a ocuparme, ademas se toco la experiencia que tenia en campo para poder aplicar a este cargo. El inconveniente que vieron ellos era por mi edad. Razon por la cual declinaron mi alternativa de poder trabajar alla.

Long interview process. Phone screen with recruiter, phone call with hiring manager, 1:1 meeting with hiring manager, ride-along with field rep, flight to HQ for panel interview. The phone interviews were typical get to know you and review of experience, etc. The hiring manager was a retire-rehire & very old school who is deeply connected to the "old boys club" this company thrives on. Once I figured out I had absolutely no chance at getting a job offer, I knew it was because I am a female. He admitted it didn't matter what I said to him, he would never be convinced that I could handle the territory or job itself. Also, when the hiring manager offers "this is not because you are a female" that is your answer ~ it's 100% because I am a female. I consider it a blessing in disguise.
