Mindray interview questions

I got contacted by a different recruiter 3 different times for the same position, I got dismissed after the 2nd interview for the first 2 times because I didn't meet the qualifications both times and still they contacted me again for the same position less than 6 months later,

1. Invio candidatura 2. Sono stata contattata telefonicamente da una HR basata a Londra che mi ha invitata a fare una teams con lei 3. La HR si presenta alla teams in ritardo e mi dice che non ha tempo di farla in quel momento perchè ha un altro meeting 4. Rischeduliamo la call per un altro giorno. Internet non funziona bene e alla fine facciamo solo una telefonata Non ho ricevuto un offerta ma anche se me la avessero fatta non avrei accettato. Già dal modo in cui hanno gestito il colloquio si capisce la poca organizzazione dell'azienda.
