The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Dublín, Dublín) in Feb 2024
Interview
Overall process took around 2 months, i asked for around 2 weeks for preparation, they were kind enough to setup a meeting to know the process. It was a 3/4 round interview process, for me no one showed up for OOPs round. I sat for 45 mins, tried to email but never got a response, after that i had a system design round, Later on when i emailed the recruiter that one of the rounds didn't take place, they said they will reschedule the meeting, next week got a rejection. wasn't expecting from Microsoft as i really liked the company.

Mention something that you developed and what made you excited about the development process. ?
very professional, clear expectations, timely, friendly. Would have been good to spend more time meeting with peers in the area, not just managers. Initial interview was on teams, follow up was in person
