First interview with a recruiter ( basic interview ) and the second interview was an online algorithmic test (~2h time) .The recruiter said that you must have a 60% success rate to pass the interview . After which another series of interviews will follow .
I finished the test early, in terms of performance, they were not the best solutions for 1 or 2 problems, but the result was the desired one.
The answer was that I did not pass the test and that I cannot be given feedback in this step of the recruitment process.
It was VERY DISAPPOINTING and I think this shows a great LACK OF RESPECT for the candidates.
Standard questions with a focus on technical skills and my prior experience. Was able to discuss their stacks and how I would best apply my prior experience to their current projects. Interviewer was kind and the overall process went quickly.
It one to one online coding interview. They first asked me to introduce myself. Then they asked me about my projects and finally they concluded the interview with a medium level leetcode question.
