Phone call followed by flight out to headquarters for on-campus interviews. Process was very approachable and friendly. Phone interview consisted of general questions and brainteasers. On campus interviews were more technical in nature. Lunch provided, though the day was quite long to get through. Frequent breaks of 15 minutes in between 4 45-minute interviews.

Told me they were looking for someone now, but I was still in college and could not proceed further with the interview process until graduation

Interview
I left my resume with them at the career-fair in my college. They emailed me a few days later saying that they would be on-campus for recruiting and wanted me to interview. The interview was 25 minutes long, and I answered all the technical questions correctly. They emailed me 3 days later saying they did not want to move forward with the process.
