Microsoft Senior Program Manager interview questions

Mostly what I expected. A focus on big company skills and procedures. Some questions seemed irrelevant, others were good. None too difficult for what a solid candidate could manage. Nothing particularly remarkable about the process at all.

Extremely accommodating and kind. The team showed passion for the work I do and we’re interested in not just learning about my expertise, but also about just myself. It was a calming interview process.
