Microsoft Program Manager interview questions

Recruiter reached out about a hiring event. Applied for it, got invited. The only confusing aspect was that i had no idea what team I was applying for, so it was kind of hard to research. They gave me an invite link the day before the interview and i joined without knowing who I would be speaking with from what team. Otherwise, the conversations were great, and the interview was entirely product/behavioural.

Program Manager - Facilitation Excellence Role The process was longgg, not particularly rigorous, but just lengthy and drawn out. The initial screening call with the recruiter happened the 2nd week of October, the 2nd round interview (Hiring Manager) happened the final week of December, the virtual onsite happened mid-January. The recruiter was very unresponsive for most of the process and failed to provide any updates when I reached out via email or phone. In terms of the actual interviews, they were very straight-forward. Just disappointing their recruitment process and candidate experience was so bad. I didn't receive an offer but even if I did I would second guess accepting it since many of the reviews here say similar things so it's likely an indication of the work environment I'd be stepping into and how poor the communication and systems are internally.
