I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Microsoft (New York, NY) in Sep 2024
Interview
The interview process consisted of an initial phone screen with a recruiter, followed by a technical interview with an engineer. The technical portion included two coding problems that I worked through on a shared online editor while explaining my approach. After completing the problems, there was time for me to ask questions about the team and role. The entire process took about three weeks from application to final decision.
