Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly behavioral questions around scenarios related to the job role or previous experience performing in a situation.
Phone interview followed by a panel Zoom interview. The phone interview was for 30 minutes. The interviewer was direct to the point and clear with his questions. He provided expectations for the interview and the list of questions right at the beginning which was helpful to know what to expect and the flow during the 30 minutes. The panel included six executives.

Interview
I submitted my resume online, and a recruiter reached out to me directly and was enthusiastic to speak with me. I scheduled a phone call with her and we spoke for an hour, covering my resume and specific points related to the Director role. The interview was very pleasant and positive, and the recruiter said she expected the team would want to speak with me for the next round. Unfortunately, she reached out a few weeks later to say the hiring team went in a different direction for their loop of interviews.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions were very specifically related to the role's job description and examples in my resume of how I achieved those roles (for example, technology development or managing a team).
