Microsoft Developer interview questions

I had 3 rounds of a 45-minute interview with principal software engineers. They asked appropriate questions for my level however, the 3rd guy didn't even attend the interview. The interview was to be held at 4 pm PST and because I lived in a different time zone, I waited a whole day for this guy until 7 pm CST at night. How's that for professionalism?

3 round of PS (medium and easy leetcode), some system design but in high level, used dashboard to draw some diagrams though and was asked about database schema for the system design problem
