Submitted resume at a career fair was was invited to interview on campus.

The Microsoft recruiting staff came to my school's career fair and I was able to lock in an interview. At the interview I was asked to develop a ideas on a scenario and how that product would be deployed in the world. I was asked to write sudo code for making a linked list.
