Interview
Everyone seems to leave the Microsoft design interviews having had a good experience. The interviewers are all professional, criticism is mostly always constructive, and everyone you meet is very sharp. It is best to approach just talking about what you know best, because what they're usually looking for is the potential to fit and grow.
