Microsoft Software Engineer interview questions

The interview is a three step process. First contact with HR manager, then a tech challenge and finally talk with Product People. The technical challenges are timed coding exercises and you need to be prepared by learning concepts like decision trees, manage and improve cycles and memory to complete with results and performance.
