I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Microsoft (Seattle, WA) in Nov 2014
Interview
On-campus interview - waited about 2 weeks before hearing back. They were very nice and flew me out to Seattle. There I got a chance to interview with 4 different teams inside of Cloud and Enterprise (one of the organizations inside MSFT). All interviewers were nice though one was slightly more serious than others - but all of them made me feel comfortable.
