Interview
After meeting on campus at a school job fair, I was invited to an on campus interview. It was half an hour long and I was asked to solve easy questions to. I think he was more interested in my way of thinking and problem-solving ability, than a correct solution to the problem. Then, I was told that I'm accepted for the next level and they will let me know as soon as they have a spot. They never found an interview spot to me! I get a feeling that they don't reject anyone from the interview. They keep everyone on their list, just in case, they need them at some point.

Interview
Was amazing but difficult. They look for the perfect fit technically and culture wise.
It was 5 rounds with two technical, two HR and one as appropriate.
The interview is simple provided you have strong grasp on C++ and a good data structure background.
