Microsoft Software Engineer interview questions

I went through an online assessment, then technical phone screens, and finally several onsite interviews. These focused heavily on coding, algorithms, system design, and problem-solving, while also assessing communication skills, collaboration, and cultural fit.

The interview process was fairly standard. A recruiter initially reached out to me for a hiring event, after which I successfully cleared the online assessment, and then proceeded to complete the onsite interview stage.
