Microsoft Software Engineer interview questions

A recruiter made this process as terrible as possible. I didn't expect such attitude and have never seen such unprofessional behaviour: 1) Lack of communication Normally, our communication looked like this: - I write a mail - They ignore me, I don't get a response - In 3-4 days I write again and only then they answer. Every time I was feeling very uncomfortable, seemed that only I interested in work there. 2) The offer was shameful. It was more than 2 times lower than my current salary. Before process started, I shared my current salary and expectations. Finally I received the very low offer, which is obviously not acceptable. Once I expressed my concern, they asked again about my current salary. So, they were not aware about it, because they just didn't pay attention on numbers that I shared at the very beginning. If they had done this - both sides would have not wasted so much time on the process that doesn't make any sense.
