Another cheap company, playing the game as they are hiring but in real, not. They do NOT value your time and effort. They sent me an Online Accessment right after I applied before taking a look at my resume. And then sent me a Thank You letter after I spent hours preparing for and doing the accessment. Image the world would look like if more and more tech companies start doing that.
