This has got to be one of those companies that take forever to make a decision and they probably don’t end up getting the best candidates as a result. I applied online and they sent me a link to take a bunch of tests. Are you kidding me? I ignored it. I’ve worked for even more prestigious firms than MicroStrategy and they didn’t require useless tests.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MicroStrategy
Interview
I applied on LinkedIn, got an email the next day to do the assessments, a few days later I got an email thanking me for taking the time to do the assessments before i was able to. I emailed back saying that I didn't do them yet and the link was still valid for 10 days, HR sent a condescending email encouraging me to "apply to other positions". I still did the assessment to see how it is, it was very basic, multiplications, percentages, grammar and tenses. There was also a design test where they showed 4 graphs and asked which one i preferred.
