Interview
The hiring process consisted in three different logical and personality written test. Then it moved on individual interview regarding personal objectives, company knowledge and previous experience. It ended with a broad resumé review.

I was asked what's for me the meaning of long term and what are my main goals for the long term.
It was an HR Interview during a career fair. Very pleasant. They were mainly interested in getting to know me, my motivations, and expectations for the position. The conversation lasted for 30 min, ended very positively, yet no further information was received.

I have gone through two rounds. 1 - Technical round by 3 panel members :- They emphasized more on what I know rather than what they expect. 2 - HR round :- Emphasized more on Values and Ideologies.
