Just a normal interview with basic interview questions related to customer service. No special education or skills really needed. This was one of my first jobs.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Metro (Scarborough, ON) in Nov 2011
Interview
My previous supervisor asked me a few questions about customer service. It wasn't a very long interview. She also put on a brief video telling us about what we would be doing and just reminding us of good customer service. I knew most of it but it is never a bad thing to brush up on things you already know
