Metro interview questions

My previous supervisor asked me a few questions about customer service. It wasn't a very long interview. She also put on a brief video telling us about what we would be doing and just reminding us of good customer service. I knew most of it but it is never a bad thing to brush up on things you already know

I handed in my resume, and had an interview that very same day. Interview was pretty laid back. Asked about how you would handle customers, money experience, and physical ability.
