One stage process, pretty straightforward. just say what your goals are and you're hired. Just a lot of paperwork involved because it's a huge company, but you should be fine.
Didn't have one. I walked in to get a phone and the staff liked me. I asked if there were any positions open and there was. They hired me. Then had me fill out the app.
