Overall, the interview process was great. Not difficult however when it comes to hearing back, they definitely need to work on that. It took two months to hear back and I was the one that had to follow up constantly with the recruiter. I ended up accepting another offer someplace else. And they came back to me a few times offering more money, but I rejected it.

Interview
It was a first round interview, we've discussed my experience, conversation was positive, but when turned out that my current comp is already higher than their comp band for senior recruiters the process stopped. The recruiter promised to get back to me if they can manage the comp side, but I never heard from them again.
