Meta Software Egineering Manager interview questions

I was scheduled for a Leadership and Product Architecture design round. The leadership round had typical Management questions related to conflict management, performance issues, people development related questions. Product design round seemed a little rushed, thinking throught and completing even bare bone design within 30-35 mins was hard.
