Interview
I have been contacted twice by Meta recruiters. Both the times I was left hanging right from the get go. The first recruiter never replied to my email after couple of back and forth. The second recruiter never called me after setting up meet and greet. Speaks volume about how terrible the company really is.
The process was pretty smooth, I got arranged with an engineer to solve some problems. I thought I did well, but that didn't go through and the recruiter didn't provide any comments.
