First, a recruiter asked me some questions through email. Then they gave me a test of 4 questions and told me that I would be interviewed regardless of the result, the interviewer then asked me two questions similar to leet code easy/average questions. I was also given some preparation material.

The process is pretty standard and consists of: * 1 screening interview just checking if you are a human * 3 coding: 45mn first question is warmup, second question a bit more difficult * 1 behavioral have you done something stupid before? * 2 system design let's see how you architect things

Thorough preparation from recruiters/sourcers (phone and zoom); good interview tracking site. Interviews were interesting and friendly. Some were quite challenging. They offered a bathroom/water break at the start of each one, and there was an extra 15 minutes added to some of the sessions in case they went over, but in my case they weren't used.
