Initial phone screen with a very unenthusiastic recruiter. Progressed from this to a phone screen with the Hiring Manager, enjoyable interview and basic questions around recruitment, company culture and what it was I was looking for.
Feedback was very quick and interviews organized very efficiently at this point.
Final interview was 3 30 minute interviews onsite, however only one of the interviewers was on site, the other 2 were over VC and felt impersonable and difficult to establish rapport. Lots of competency questions
Heard nothing for a week and eventually had to chase the first, unenthusiastic recruiter down, who after a day responded by email that i had not gotten the role, i asked for feedback and she said that as a company policy they dont provide it! What a joke, at one poin they also asked me to speak to another part of the business for a different recruitment role they were so keen, then after investing over 5 hours of my time i have to chase for feedback and dont receive any!
I am happy now i didnt get the role given all their issues in the news.
My advice is to remember to treat those that are unsuccessful with the same grace as those who are, Dublin is a small place!
