I had two interview. One interview was terrible. They had a list of questions to go through and it felt like a factory line. They hadn't read my CV or expressed any interest in my experience. I found them quite rude too, as they would just raise their hand on webcam to interrupt me. Terrible culture, regardless of their values on their website.
