I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Meta (New York, NY) in Jan 2021
Interview
I interviewed 6x - with the same person twice. Everyone was very nice. They all had these specific interview questions for each one that HAD to be asked which took the personality/conversation out of the interviews. It made it pretty robotic. Then they had to take notes during what I was saying so they could all discuss later. Probably if these are in person and not over zoom maybe it doesn't come off as weird? Not sure. I thought I had a good rapport with the person to who I would directly report too but they decided to pass. They did give feedback on the interview to my recruiter which was very helpful.

They had follow ups for each of these too related to the theme of the interview.
Very friendly, helpful recruiters! I thoroughly enjoyed my interview process even though it was indeed challenging. They really take care of candidates and are very transparent with everything. Definitely a positive experience.
