Interview
Very long process, multiple rounds, if they’re not sure about you they will ask you to repeat steps. Everyone was nice and welcoming other than a time where interviewers were no show due to illness. It’s a bit hard with the recruiters being in the states and the coordinators being in other locations. Felt like the behavioural interview was negative in its nature, felt pigeon holed into failure stories where I personally had no impact.
