Meta Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

Hiring manager asked basic question about the carrier and then make an appointment for the coding interview. It was enough time to prepare. Very friendly approach and interview process. Unfortunately, coding wasn't successful

I had a phone screen and simple coding exercises. I easily completed them but got a rejection. Very poor experience. The process in general is too subjective and interviewers can decline for any reason they decide even if you aced the interview.
