Initial call with HR, followed by 2 separate video interviews over 2 weeks. Then 5 in-person interviews of 45 minutes each in 1 day. The face to face interviews were with Directors, various managers withing DC teams and finally the hiring manger.

How would you contribute to improving employee engagement in Meta?
Pleasant and quick! The questions focused mainly on XFN coordination and I needed to be able to talk about my past projects in details, and what went wrong. Be prepared to talk a lot about your communication, how you'd tailor it to different groups, etc.

30 min HR Screen phone call followed by a 45 hiring manager virtual zoom interview and then finally a full loop which consisted of 5 45 minute virtual zoom interviews.

All interviewers asked “tell me about a time” questions and “why meta?”
You feel like a number because no one in the interview process remembers anything about you. 3 recruiters interacted with me and none of them stayed with the org, just passed me to the next person in a 3 week span.
