3 rounds of interviews, 1 with HR, 1 with hiring manager and 1 session with 4 interviews with Marketing, hiring manager and PM. I had to prepare a presentation about a process I improved and had 3 days to do that

Pleasant and quick! The questions focused mainly on XFN coordination and I needed to be able to talk about my past projects in details, and what went wrong. Be prepared to talk a lot about your communication, how you'd tailor it to different groups, etc.

30 min HR Screen phone call followed by a 45 hiring manager virtual zoom interview and then finally a full loop which consisted of 5 45 minute virtual zoom interviews.

All interviewers asked “tell me about a time” questions and “why meta?”
You feel like a number because no one in the interview process remembers anything about you. 3 recruiters interacted with me and none of them stayed with the org, just passed me to the next person in a 3 week span.
