The process starts with a screener interview. Then there’s a call with the hiring manager. That’s followed by the worst kind of in-person interviews with three people in 30-minute increments… The interviewer tells you she will be asking questions and will then be busily typing your responses on her laptop. Very impersonal and sterile. I came away from the experience with a very negative view of the company.
