MetLife interview questions

The interview process is standard. The first interview discusses your background and the company's background. benefits are discussed. You then take some personality tests. 2nd interview is with manager. Before the final interview they want names, phone $, and personal info on 100 people you know and then you must do a presentation to several people then an offer is extended.

Interview consisited of 2 phone interviews with headhunter, one with direct manager, one with VP then face to face with direct manager. Interview covered knoweledge and concepts for managing the territiroy. Travel to face to face interview wa at my own expense but was only about 21/2 hours by car. Offer extended at the end of the face to face.
