I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Tulsa, OK)
Interview
One on one interview with team manager. Very casual. Standard ‘explain a time when’ type questions, what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc. some redundant questions, so have a couple of back up scenarios for questions like explain n a time when you went above and beyond for a customer, explain n a time when you encountered an irate customer and how did you handle that situations.

Question 1
Explain a time when you went above and beyond for a customer.
I received an email about a phone interview with the company. I immediately emailed her back to setup a date and time but I never received an email or a phone call back. I emailed her 2 more and NEVER heard back. Extremely unprofessional, not a company I want to work for.
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at MetLife
Interview
The interview process was very lengthy and included a series of in person interviews plus an even longer personality quiz. The interviewers seemed very new and didn't offer much information on the company either. It seemed very cookie cutter and the personality test seemed to be the basis of their decision process.
