Merck Senior Scientist interview questions

Screening interviewing over teams, followed by in person interview with hour long presentation and 6 30 minute meetings - asked for references before in person interview - process from applying to in person interview was only 3 weeks - since interview, I have been ignored/ghosted even though several polite emails sent to recruiter/hiring manager asking about status - confused what the motivation for not having decency to send a rejection email

All was smooth, great interview process with wonderful people. Visited the site, gave a seminar to the whole team and spoke to several people with whom I would have worked. Took a few weeks to get an offer.
